Doug Erb, Chief Analyst

Mr. Erb has over 30 years of experience working at major Wall Street investment banks in an analytical capacity. Previously, he has worked for Dinkelspiel Belmont & Co, Orion Energy Partners, Blaylock & Partners, Chevron Energy Solutions, and Spark Analytics. Energy sector clients have included Sempra Energy, PG&E, and various smaller specialized Energy Service Companies. In addition, Mr. Erb has provided structuring and pricing services to the leasing division of a money center bank and a national equipment leasing company.

The types of transactions he has been involved in include infrastructure financings using tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, debt restructurings, leveraged leases, pooled and vendor financing programs, and the acquisition of equipment lease portfolios and their securitization.

Mr. Erb is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
